Shubham has developed a strong command of financial modeling, market analysis, and zoning incentive evaluation, as well as tracking construction progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals. He has contributed to institutional-grade underwriting, analyzed NOI drivers, and assessed phased development strategies to support acquisition and repositioning decisions across diverse asset classes.

Shubham earned his Master’s in Real Estate from Baruch College, City University of New York, after beginning his professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for how design impacts functionality and value.
