Full Job Description
Real Estate Development, Investment, and Advisory firm has immediate need for a Real Estate Analyst. This position works directly with principals in underwriting and analyzing real estate acquisitions and dispositions across different asset classes and types throughout the US, with a primary concentration in value add multi-family and condo development. The role will require interfacing with investors, brokers, banking, and legal. Beyond analytics expertise, the candidate must have the ability and desire to source deals, underwrite, oversee due diligence, and the closing process of property acquisitions and dispositions. Overall level of compensation and responsibility will be based upon demonstrated experience level.

Responsibilities
​
Prepare acquisition and disposition financial models including cash flow analysis, IRR, NPV
Perform market, property type and locations specific research and effectively communicate findings beyond analytics investment analysis
Generate and maintain broker relationships to drive business
Maintain pipeline of potential new investments
Ability to track comparable sales, available properties, and leasing patterns
Prepare presentations and PPM of all analysis for presentations to investors
Understand the macro and micro drivers of real estate across property types and different geographical regions
Work with all third-party vendors in closing and disposition of properties

Qualifications
​
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, General Business, or MBA
2 years’ work experience in Real Estate Financial Analysis/Acquisitions
Expert proficiency level with Excel, Co-Star, Yardi, TREPP
Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Complete understanding of CRE financial concepts, market drivers, ROI, Cash Returns, IRR, NPV, Cap Rates

Pay: $75,000/yr + Bonus & Deal Share (401k & Benefits > 6mos)
