Harrison Duncan is a multi-facitated real estate professional based in the greater Carolinas region.
​
In his previous positions, Harrison was a Development Analyst in the multifamily new construction and economic housing fundamentals sectors, and a Commercial Asset and Property Manager for underperforming retail and office property in Charlotte, NC.
Harrison attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate. He is a former President of the UNC Charlotte Real Estate Club, where he gained real world professional and leadership experience. He is among the first class of scholars to receive an Etkin Scholarship with Urban Land Institute Charlotte.

He is an avid golfer, and enjoys being by the water. In his free time you will find him outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his family in Raleigh-Durham.
