Giovanni has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of capital deployment, risk-adjusted underwriting, and operational performance, particularly within the multifamily sector. He has played an integral role in sourcing off-market opportunities, conducting institutional-grade financial analysis, and supporting both stabilized and value-add repositioning strategies across diverse asset classes.

 

Giovanni earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, completing a rigorous double major in Finance, Investment & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics in just three years. During his time at UW–Madison, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, The Real Estate Private Equity Club, The Real Estate Club, and The Capital Management Club where he tirelessly participated in live deal analyses and honed his investment acumen through exposure to real-world underwriting and complex capital structuring scenarios.
