A Native of Hartford, CT., Winona matriculated at New Jersey's Drew University where she graduated with a B.S. in Political Science, concentrating in American Public Policy, with a Minor in Economics. She went on to get her MBA from George Washington University's School of Business. She has certificates in Business Analytics, Urban Real Estate Development and Finance, and is an esteemed Project REAP 2019 graduate. As a Cohort 2 Capital Impact Equity Development Initiative member, Winona is passionate about equitable real estate development and creating sustaining, inclusive, and thriving communities in her home of Washington, D.C. and throughout the Urban Landscapes of America.
